At 5feet11, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces don't fit perfectly, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your 5feet11 account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
